This 12 lb. chopper took a Phase II Lures white/red SCOOTER floating popper (4", 3/4 oz.), in a reef rip line off Branford, CT, 11/9/09. Ricky Johnson is the delighted angler. The picture and report were sent by Tom Migdalski, Director, Club Sports/Outdoor Education at Yale University - Tom is also a frequent writer for a variety of outdoor sports magazines.
